Why: I don’t see how Jango could possibly miss Obi-Wan’s starfighter after firing all those shots. He’s supposed to be a good gunner if he’s a bounty hunter, so there’s no excuse for him not destroying Obi-Wan’s ship. I think the rate of fire of Slave I should be decreased to make it more believable.
It would also be a big improvement if music was added during this part of the asteroid chase.
If the rate of fire is changed in this scene, it should also be changed in the scene where Boba fires at Obi-Wan on Kamino.
