Why: It would be really cool to see some old, rusty battle droids in the background of the scenes of the sandcrawler interior as a saga tie-in. It makes sense as there have been battles on Tatooine during the Clone Wars, and the Jawas could’ve found a battle droid lying around somewhere.
It would also be a good idea to show some new CGI droids limping around when the Jawas are presenting them to the Lars, possibly replacing some of the really outdated looking droids.
Also, there's one shot of R2-D2 that shows the red R2 unit next to him even after it burned out it's motivator halfway to the house. This shot should be removed.
