Why: When Obi-Wan arrives on Kamino, it feels like a transition is needed between when he leaves his ship and puts on his hood to protect himself from the rain, and when he takes it off as he enters the building. The way it is makes it look like he puts on the hood and takes it off in less than two seconds.
How: Add a short segment of him walking from his ship toward the door. Maybe have a high overhead shot showing the top of his head and huge waves crashing into the bottom of Tipoca City, many levels below.
