Palpatine constantly looking at R2-D2

Why: This is a small thing that’s not very urgent, but when I was watching the movie the first time, I had this feeling that Palpatine was looking at R2-D2 too many times. It’s like he didn’t have anywhere else to look or anyone else to talk to. It would have been nice to hear some dialogue from Palpatine during that scene, but it’s not a must. Anyways, it’s just a small thing that bugged me a bit.
