The tusken that attacks Luke

Why: It looks like the tusken keeps swinging at Luke and missing, and then suddenly lifts his gaffi stick and starts yelling for no apparent reason.

How: This can be changed by adding a new shot where he actually hits Luke in the head with the stick. It can be a scene shot from a far distance so that an actor that looks like Mark Hamill can be used, or from an angle similar to shot below where only the tusken is seen landing a blow and have Luke stop moving.
