Why: Luke’s lightsaber is a different color every time it appears on the screen, as shown below from the 2004 DVD version. In the 2011 BluRay version, very little was changed. It should be made the same color, shape, and with the same effect as that in the other movies.
Obi-Wan’s lightsaber was been improved in the 2004 DVD version, but in the scene where he faces Darth Vader it ignites very slowly and is accompanied by a frame jump.
The lightsabers in all the movies should be standardized so that there’s consistency throughout the entire saga.
How: Simple CGI modification. We've seen it done quite professionally by fans, therefore ILM should have no problem whatsoever.
