Why: This is another minor one, but to me it sticks out like a sore thumb. When Palpatine contacts a clone following Plo Koon and tells him to execute Order 66, his hologram fades away and the clone answers him after the hologram is long gone. Like this it looks like the clone was talking to himself since there was no-one else there for him to be talking to.
How: Keep the hologram long enough for the clone to answer him, then make it fade away.
