Palpatine laughing during the fight

Why: Palpatine’s laugh during the duel with Yoda was really over the top. The most part that almost made me swear in the movie theater was how when he was throwing the Senate pods he looked like he was high on something because he couldn’t stop laughing, even when he was hanging off of the Senate pod after Yoda fell to the bottom. This is not the Palpatine we’ve seen in all the other movies; the facial expressions were OK and even pretty cool sometimes, but the laughs have to go.
